24 Jul Summer Experience at St. Paul’s: An Educational and Cultural Journey
Summer at St. Paul’s School becomes a season of discovery and adventure for primary pupils, thanks to the UK Summer Trip. This trip not only offers a break from the traditional classroom, but also provides pupils with a dynamic experience that increasingly focuses on sporting activities and cultural visits. This holistic approach is designed to enrich students’ educational and personal experience, allowing them to grow in multiple dimensions.
Cultural and Sports Immersion
The UK Summer Trip combines language immersion, sport, creativity and culture in a balanced way. Students participate in sporting activities that encourage physical activity and teamwork, as well as drama and music workshops, and cultural visits to museums, galleries and historical monuments that awaken curiosity and expand knowledge.
Recent Adventures in Scotland
This year, the UK Summer Trip saw an exciting destination: Scotland. Students stayed in Kilgraston, in partnership with the Bliss Company. Highlights included activities such as the Highland Games, visits to St. Andrew’s, and explorations in Perth and the Stone of Destiny, providing a unique insight into Scottish culture.
Next Stop: Wales
After adventures in Scotland, the next stop is Wales. Students will visit castles, explore national parks and immerse themselves in Welsh cultural traditions.
Language Immersion and International Coexistence
St. Paul’s students’ high level of English allows them to make the most of the language immersion, practising the language in real-life contexts. When they return, they bring back not only unforgettable memories and experiences, but also greater self-confidence and a broader perspective of the world around them.
