Claire Neely – Head of School

Claire Neely leads with a strong background in education and an innovative approach. With her ability to inspire and coordinate teams, Claire guides the school community with a forward-thinking vision, ensuring that St. Paul’s remains at the forefront of educational excellence. Her leadership focuses on strengthening the institution’s pillars, promoting a holistic education that prepares students for global challenges while fostering values of collaboration, sustainability, and well-being.
David Gabaldón – Deputy Head, Human Resources and Finance Manager
27 years of my life devoted to the St. Paul’s Project, a journey of intense learning, sharing experiences with extraordinary professionals, and contributing to the transformation of the school’s infrastructure. Nothing is more fulfilling than feeling aligned with the values of the project you dedicate yourself to. Contributing to the education of future generations is the essence of St. Paul’s and my greatest motivation.
David Gabaldón is the Deputy Head and oversees human resources and financial management at St. Paul’s. In addition to his strategic role, he has led major infrastructure projects, such as the construction of new buildings and improvements to our facilities. His focus on integrity and excellence ensures these projects meet the highest standards. David works closely with all members of the school, from the teaching team to administrative staff, creating a collaborative and motivating environment.
Enric Ventura – Head of Studies
My commitment to St. Paul’s is to strengthen its educational excellence, integrating innovation and tradition to prepare our students for the challenges of tomorrow.
Enric Ventura is responsible for academic and pedagogical planning at St. Paul’s. Passionate about innovation, Enric leads the continuous improvement of educational programs, ensuring that all our students have a challenging and enriching learning experience. He drives the use of advanced technologies and methodologies, ensuring that the school remains at the forefront of education.
