This image may not expressly affect the privacy of the interested party, being limited solely and exclusively to the stated purpose.

Sport Camp 2025 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

GROUPS: The groups will be organized according to age and may vary depending on the week.

ASSISTENCE-ABSENCES: Failure to attend does not exempt payment of the fee. In case of absences for a full week, motivated by medical reasons and accredited with the proper medical justification, the fee will be returned or, failing that, the exchange of one week for another.

ACTIVITIES: I authorize my child to participate in all activities scheduled during the Summer School 2022 (excursions, visits, workshops, etc.) I AUTHORIZE Fundación Privada Pearson to, in the event of an emergency, and if it is impossible to contact me or the rest of my child's legal guardians, contact health professionals so that they can give my child medical treatment.

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS: Changes or modifications will be made according to availability.

The cancellation fees in case of cancellation will be as follows:

· 0% for cancellations made before 01/06/22
· 50% for cancellations made between the 01/06/22 and 15/06/22 both inclusive.
· 100% for cancellations made after 15/06/22

Sport Camp 2025 - CONDICIONS GENERALS

GRUPS: Els grups s'organitzaran per franges d'edat i poden variar segons la setmana.

ASSISTÈNCIA-ABSÈNCIES: La no assistència no eximeix del pagament de la quota. En cas d'absències de setmana completa, motivades per raons mèdiques i acreditades amb el justificant facultatiu degut, es procedirà a la devolució de la quota o, si no, el canvi d'una setmana per una altra.

ACTIVITATS: Autoritzo el meu fill perquè participi en totes les activitats programades pel centre durant el campus estiu (excursions, visites, tallers, etc.).

AUTORITZO: la Fundació Privada Pearson perquè, en cas d'emergència i davant la impossibilitat de contactar amb mi o la resta de responsables legals del meu fill/a, contactin amb professionals de l'àmbit sanitari perquè donin tractament mèdic al meu fill/a.

CONDICIONS DE PAGAMENT: Les quotes seran abonades per banc mitjançant domiciliació bancària a principis del mes de juny.

MODIFICACIONS I CANCEL·LACIONS: Si se sol·liciten modificacions de les setmanes contractades, aquestes s'atendran sempre que la disponibilitat de places ho permeti.

Les despeses de cancel·lació en cas de baixa seran les següents:

· 0% per a cancel·lacions comunicades abans de l'1 de juny
· 50% per a cancel·lacions comunicades entre l'1 i el 15 de juny, ambdós inclosos
· 100% per a cancel·lacions comunicades a partir del 16 de juny
