We provide an in-house catering service that rigorously monitors the quality of ingredients and their preparation, with regular supervision and analysis to comply with health and safety protocols.

Our menus feature over 150 eco-friendly ingredients, ranging from fresh fruits and vegetables to dairy, pasta, and meats, all audited and certified by the Intereco control body.

The health and well-being of our students are our top priorities. To support this, we offer special menus tailored to meet individual dietary needs, promoting inclusivity and fostering awareness of diversity within the school community. By emphasizing proper and personalized nutrition, we contribute to the holistic development of our students. We continuously strive to improve and adapt our services to ensure they align with each student’s unique requirements.

  • Health: We ensure to provide meals that meet the necessary restrictions without compromising flavour or nutritional quality.
  • Intolerances and allergies: We pay special attention to avoiding cross-contamination and ensuring that each meal is suitable and safe for affected students.
  • Other diets: We adapt menus to various religious practices, such as halal or kosher options, as well as other dietary choices like vegetarian, flexitarian, or vegan, ensuring that students do not have to worry about compromising their beliefs or health.

Our nutritionist conducts learning workshops for students from I3 to ESO2, designed to help them understand the importance of maintaining a healthy, varied, and balanced diet.

Good table manners are essential for social and family life as they reflect courtesy, consideration, and an understanding of basic rules of coexistence.

Our Happy Manners programme focuses on teaching the necessary protocols for table behaviour, such as the correct use of cutlery, proper posture, and dining etiquette. It also covers topics like active listening, respecting turns to speak, and the importance of gratitude and appreciation for the food and service received.
